When will I receive my order?
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a order confirmation at the email address recorded at time of purchase. Once your order is placed, a processing time of up to 2 business days may need to be required prior to shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email confirmation and if included, tracking information for your package. Use this to keep track of the progress of your delivery.
Shipping & Handling
We ship all order via Canada Post to provide a contactless and straight forward delivery of your goods. Please expect 2-7 business days for shipping within Canada and 6-11 business dats for international orders. All shipping costs are in CAD.
Please note: Customers outside of Canada are responsible for taxes, customs and duties if applicable.
If there are issues with your product and order, we will always do our best to make sure you are happy with your goods.
Life of Product Guarantee
We stand by all our products. Items that we determine to be not performing to our standards will be replaced during the practical lifespan of the product. Items damaged through normal wear and tear or neglect will unfortunately not qualify for replacement.

After receiving your request, we may ask for pictures or further description of the claim. We will then determine the next steps and follow up with a solution.
Cancel or modifying your order
You may modify or cancel your order as long as it is still in the processing stage and you have not recevied a notification of shipment. If you wish to do either of these, please contact as soon as possible.
Lost and Damaged Items
We are not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of Canada Post. PRVSNS does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
